Customer Service Representative - Oregon Office

We are seeking a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Oregon Office. As the primary contact for the bank, CSRs provide prompt, helpful and courteous service to our customers by processing their transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing) accurately and in a confidential manner. This position may also work into opening new accounts and acting as a back up to the personal banking area as needed.
Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, basic computer & math competency, the ability to make good judgments and the ability to represent the bank in a professional manner. A positive attitude and enthusiasm to work a must! Retail/cash handling experience preferred. Teller/bank experience a plus! Mon-Fri with Sat. rotation.

Part Time Customer Service Representatives - Cross Plains Motor Bank, Verona, Waunakee & Mt. Horeb Offices

We are seeking Part Time Customer Service Reps for our Verona, Waunakee, Mount Horeb and Cross Plains Motor Bank Offices. The days/hours for the positions may vary. However, all positions will typically work 3-4 afternoons a week, starting between 2 PM & 3 PM and working until close (6 PM.) These positions will also work Saturday mornings (approximately 8:00 AM - 12:15 PM.)

We are seeking a Personal Banker II for our Madison Office. The Personal Banker II position will be responsible for developing & expanding retail relationships with new and existing customers by having a complete understanding of all deposit and consumer loan products.
Qualifications include a bachelors degree in a related area and/or equivalent work experience of 3-5 years in a sales environment, previous experience in a customer service/sales orientated position with proven sales ability, excellent communication skills, knowledge of general accounting practices and the ability to help make the office a successful operation. Preferred qualifications include previous personal banker/lending experience with a strong understanding of financial products and services.

Temporary Part Time Legal Assistant - Cross Plains

We are searching for a Temporary Part Time Legal Assistant to work in our Cross Plains Main Office. This position will assist our Legal Department Manager and Legal/Collections Administrator with various administrative duties including typing correspondence to the courts, paying bills and updating legal expense spreadsheets, filing documents with the Dane County Clerk of Courts and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications include an associates degree in related area and/or 1-2 years previous work experience in a similar administrative/clerical setting with a high degree of accuracy, exceptional listening/verbal/written communication skills, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Word & Excel and advanced computer/keyboarding/typing skills, strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment, ability to keep information confidential and a clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license with the ability to travel locally with use of own vehicle.
This is a temporary position that will last for about 90 days. After the initial 90 day period, this position may be re-evaluated with a possibility of temp-to-hire. Approximate days/hours would be three (3) days per week; minimum of 6 hours per day. Flexibility with scheduling is available.

VISA Card Services Representative - Cross Plains

We are seeking a VISA Card Services Representative for our Cross Plains Office. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties as it relates to our VISA card. These duties include being the primary phone contact for customer inquiries, performing file maintenance onto the CardSource system, entering in customer payments, processing general ledger entries and other clerical/administrative duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications for the position include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of office/clerical work experience including customer service, knowledge of general accounting practices, good working knowledge of Windows, strong typing/10-key/data entry skills with the ability & willingness to learn new programs/software, excellent interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to prioritize in order to meet multiple deadlines.
