HOW DO I GET STARTED USING eBANK!?

Please access the eBANK! information page and click on the First Time User icon. If you currently use the State Bank of Cross Plains' TeleBank product you may use an account number for the Access ID and your TeleBank password to login. You will be required to change your eBANK! password using 6-10 digits including both numeric and alphanumeric characters. If you do not currently use TeleBank, please call our Account Service Department at (608) 798-2400 to request an eBANK! password. If you share an account with someone else, the Access IDs that you set up for each person must be different. You will be required to change the Access ID and password when logging on the first time. To access the Bill Pay portion of eBANK! you will need to complete and sign the back page of the eBANK! Bill Payment Service Application and submit it to any of the State Bank of Cross Plains locations.

State Bank of Cross Plains' eBANK! is free for viewing account information and for making transfers between accounts. The Bill Payment portion of eBANK! is also free. The Free Bill Pay service allows you to pay your bills online. No more hassle or expense of writing checks and mailing envelopes.

WHAT BANKING SERVICES CAN I DO WITH eBANK! AND WITH WHAT ACCOUNTS?

With eBANK! you can view any of your State Bank of Cross Plains account balances, transfer funds between your accounts, make loan payments, make bill payments, view check images, view statements and download your transaction information for use in your personal financial management software.

Yes. For security purposes we recommend that each person on the account sign up and use a unique password for eBANK!.

Yes. State Bank of Cross Plains’ eBank! will allow you to pay bills from your checking account. If you have an eBank! account, call our bookkeeping department at (608) 798-2400 to set up Bill Pay. The Bill Payment portion of eBank! is absolutely free.
