Big Enough to be One of Dane County's Leading Home Lenders, but Small Enough to Care

You can increase your chance of getting the home you choose by seeing us to get pre-qualified for a loan before you start looking at properties . We'll help you figure out how much home you can afford. In addition to pre-qualification, we can accept a loan application and issue a pre-approval certificate indicating your purchasing status to you or your realtor - AT NO COST TO YOU.

The State Bank of Cross Plains offers a full array of mortgage options. Our prices are competitive with those of any lender, and we make decisions locally and quickly. These are some of the many options we have available to you.
