Repurchase Agreement

Designed for those commercial customers keeping excess balances of  $250,000 or more in their checking accountor other savings product. This product is for those customers interested in an investment that will allow daily investment of funds for maximum cash management. Repurchase Agreements are beneficial to those business customers who would  possibly require more frequent transfers than a Money Market will allow.      

This is not FDIC insured but is backed by US Government Agency securities held in a pool by State Bank  of Cross Plains.

Insured Cash Sweep - DDA

This product is designed for those commercial customers keeping excess balances of  $250,000 or more 
in their checking account or other savings product and want the assurance of FDIC coverage for their funds.   

Funds are invested in other banks participating in the ICS program, with funds in any one bank not exceeding $250,000. Customer can choose banks to exclude from investing in.

Insured Cash Sweep - MMA

For those commercial customers keeping excess balances of  $250,000 or more in their checking 
account or other savings product. This product is for those customers interested in an investment that 
will allow daily investment of funds for maximum cash management. The customer is limited to 6 
withdrawals per month from this account.  

Funds are invested in other banks participating in the ICS program, with each funds in any one bank not 
exceeding $250,000. Customer can choose banks to exclude from investing in.

401 (k) PLANS

  • Only employer contributions are permissible
  • Annual contributions are discretionary and tax-deductible to the employer
  • 100% immediate vesting
  • Earnings grow tax-deferred until withdrawn
  • Fewer administrative requirements than qualified plans
  • Available investments include mutual funds, individual stocks and bonds, Certificates of Deposit, and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)

PROFIT SHARING PLANS

A defined contribution plan that:

  • Provides employer with discretion over profit sharing contributions
  • May be combined with a 401(k) plan
  • Profit-sharing contributions and plan expenses are tax deductible to the employer

DEFINED BENEFIT PLANS

Pays a fixed, pre-established benefit to retired employees who who meet certain requirements such as:

  • Tenure (years served) with the company
  • Salary level
  • Other factors determined by the plan, such as age

MONEY PURCHASE PENSION PLANS

Your company makes fixed annual contributions to each participating employee's individual account. 

  • Mandatory nature of contributions makes this type of plan most appropriate for companies with strong and consistent earnings where assured contributions are desirable
  • Employer defines eligibility
  • Contributions usually based on a percentage of employees' income

NONQUALIFIED PLANS

Targeted to meet the specific needs of executives and other select employees.

  • Often used to provide additional compensation to key employees
  • May supplement qualified retirement plans for higher paid employees
