WHY SHOULD I TRY eBank!?

State Bank of Cross Plains' eBank! service provides you with quick and convenient banking. With eBank! you will be able to do just about all of your personal banking from accessing account information, transferring funds, making payments or paying bills.

HOW DO I GET STARTED USING eBank!?

Please click the eBank! 1st Time Login icon located in the ONLINE BANKING ACCESS box on our website. This will begin your secure online enrollment process. To properly identify yourself to our system, you will need to complete the required User Authentication fields and answer the verification or "out-of-wallet" questions presented. You will then be prompted to create an Access ID and Password. 

Please Note: If you currently use the State Bank of Cross Plains' TeleBank product you may use an account number for the Access ID and your TeleBank password to login. You will be required to change your eBank! Access ID to a 6-19 character code and create a new password. The password needs to be 8-17 characters in length including at least 1 numeric, 1 alpha and 1 special character(s).  If you share an account with someone else, the Access IDs that you set up for each person must be different. 

If you do not currently use TeleBank, please enter your account number and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for your pin. 

To access the Bill Pay portion of eBank!, you must already be an eBank! user and click on the "Bill Payment" tab while logged into eBank!.

DO I NEED ANY SOFTWARE TO USE eBank!?

State Bank of Cross Plains' eBank! may be accessed on the internet via the website www.crossplainsbank.com. If you have internet service you can access your accounts using eBank!. You do not need any additional software. See the eBank! information page for further details and login information.

WHAT BANKING SERVICES CAN I DO WITH eBank! AND WITH WHAT ACCOUNTS?

With eBank! you can view any of your State Bank of Cross Plains account balances, transfer funds between your accounts, make loan payments, make bill payments, view check images, view statements and download your transaction information for use in your personal financial management software.

HOW DO I ENROLL TO RECEIVE eSTATEMENT?

When you are logged into eBank!, simply click on ‘eStatement Enroll’ in the top toolbar.  You will need to agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete the eStatement Enrollment form – that’s it!

HOW DOES eSTATEMENT WORK?

Each month you will receive an email notification letting you know that your statement is ready to view.  Log into eBank! and select your Account from the home page.  On the Account summary screen you will be able to select the Documents tab to view your  bank statement.

HOW DO I EXPORT MY ACCOUNT STATEMENTS?

Your account information needs to be exported on a monthly basis after your statement is produced. To do this, 
select your account from the main menu and follow these steps:

  • Transactions
  • Export Transactions
  • Select the export format from drop down menu
  • Click export and save to a file folder on your computer

You can then go into your money management software and follow their instructions to import the file.

WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT SEE ALL OF MY ACCOUNTS LISTED IN THE ACOUNTS SCREEN IN eBank!?

WHAT ACCOUNTS CAN I TRANSFER MONEY TO AND FROM?

You can transfer funds between any of your State Bank of Cross Plains accounts within the normal limits set for your account.

WHEN WILL THE TRANFER BE MADE?

If you initiate a transfer to take place before 6:00 p.m. CST, the transfer will take place on that same business day. If you initiate a transfer after 6:00 p.m. CST, the transfer will take place on the next business day.

DOES eBank! ALLOW ME TO DO MY BANKING 24 HOURS A DAY?

Yes. State Bank of Cross Plains' eBank! is available for you to do your banking 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year - whatever time is most convenient for you. There may be a few exceptions to the availability of eBank! when we have to do periodic maintenance to the system.

HOW CURRENT IS THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN eBank!?

The balances you see for your accounts are real-time and will change throughout the day to reflect your account activity.

IF I SHARE A BANKING ACCOUNT WITH SOMEONE ELSE DO WE BOTH GET TO SIGN UP FOR eBank!?

Yes. For security purposes we recommend that each person on the account sign up and use a unique password for eBank!.

CAN I PAY MY BILLS WITH eBank!?

Yes. State Bank of Cross Plains’ eBank! will allow you to pay bills from your checking account using our bill pay service provider, CheckFree. All you need to do to get started is click on the Bill Payment tab located on your Account Summary screen in eBank!.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

To access eBank! you will need a computer with internet access. 

System Requirements

For optimal results, we recommend using:

  • Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, MAC OS
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 8.0 or higher, Mozilla Firefox 3.5 or higher, Safari 4.0 for PC or higher, Safari 5.0 for MAC or higher, Opera 10.0, 11.0 and Google Chrome 9.0 or higher
  • PDF Reader: Adobe Reader/Acrobat 10

Screen resolution set to 800 x 600 for 14 inch monitor or 1024 x 768 would be better on 17 inch monitor.
