HOW DO I VIEW YOUR CURRENT OPENINGS?

From the State Bank of Cross Plains’ homepage, select “Join Our Team” on the left side, or simply click “Current Job Opportunities” from our Career’s page in our “About Us” section. Either action will bring you to our job search. You may filter your search by search term(s), category, location, or position. If you wish to view all of our openings, simply click “Search” without entering anything in the data fields.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR A JOB?

If you have never used our online application system, you will need to create an account. Once you create an account, you may use the same account to apply for any of our current/future openings. To apply for an opening, simply select the job you wish to apply for and scroll to the bottom of the job description and click “Apply Now.”

HOW MANY EMPLOYEES AND LOCATIONS DOES THE STATE BANK OF CROSS PLAINS HAVE?

We have over 200 employees between 10 locations. Our Main Office is located in Cross Plains, Wisconsin with our branch offices in Cross Plains, Mt. Horeb, Middleton, Madison, Waunakee, Verona, Oregon and Black Earth. With added growth over the years, some of our departments have been re-located to external branches. Mortgage Processing is located in Madison, Human Resources and Compliance are in Waunakee, and IT is in Verona. We may have some operations spread out, but with emerging technologies it gets easier and easier for us to continue to work as ONE community bank.
