 EMPLOYEE TESTIMONIALS

Our bank family is what makes State Bank of Cross Plains a unique place to work. The following testimonials were submitted by members of our bank family:

“I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work for the State Bank of Cross Plains. A number of years ago, I left SBCP, only to find that the grass is not always greener on the “other side.” I am proud to be a part of this banking family and happy to have been given the chance to grow in my banking career… I have had the ability to learn a great deal in the position for which I was hired. At the same time, additional responsibilities have been presented to me, which I have gladly taken on. The State Bank of Cross Plains has allowed me the ability to learn new areas of banking, while at the same time challenging me to become a more valuable player to our team.”

“…There was always one thing that stuck in my mind about the State Bank of Cross Plains. In my interview, the Core Values of the company was discussed in length and seemed extremely important, and the company wanted to know how exactly I would fit with their Values. Of course the profits and growth of the company were important, but it also seemed their customers’ needs and desires were just as important. Coming from a long customer service background and believing that I should “sell” a customer something that will only help them, not just boost my own sales/profits, I felt that this company was the one I should be working for…and I have never regretted my decision.”

"I love working at the State Bank of Cross Plains because it has contributed immensely to my professional  and personal growth while also instilling community values.  The bank has provided assistance in my continuing education, helped with my professional development and has given me plenty of opportunities to give back to the community. Working at the State Bank of Cross Plains has made me realize the importance of giving back to the communities in which we live. They’ve done this by making me feel like a part of a bigger family, which then extends into our communities.  I look forward to continuing my professional and personal growth with the State Bank of Cross Plains."
