Our Loan Operations staff is responsible for making sure all loans are processed, all documents are at the lenders’ fingertips, and all regulatory obligations are met. Our Loan Services team works with the loan all the way through maturity making sure payments are processed accurately and that customer questions are answered in a friendly, efficient manner. Our experts in Loan Operations are highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable! Careers in Loan Operations include Mortgage Processors, Commercial Documentation Specialists, Commercial Portfolio Managers, Administrative Assistants, Loan Service Associates, Loan Review Specialists and Legal Assistants.
What do our customers do when they have questions about their accounts or want to use one of our many electronic banking services? They contact our Deposit Operations team! Our Account Service Representatives work to make sure that when our customers have questions, we have the answers! They take the bulk of the phone calls coming into the Bank and will answer all questions related to deposit products (checking, savings, CDs, etc.) as well as perform a plethora of other account focused work. We also have a wonderful group of Deposit Operations Specialists who focus on making sure all the ACH and wire transactions that come in and out of the Bank are processed timely and accurately. In addition, they work to make sure all electronic banking is running smoothly and answer customer questions regarding our electronic banking products. Finally, our Couriers make sure that we have all that we need at each and every office. Careers in Deposit Operations include Account Service Representatives, Deposit Operations Specialists, Proof Operators and Couriers.
