Corey Randl joined the State Bank of Cross Plains early in 2008. He has extensive background in real estate and building since he worked the residential real estate market as a realtor and also as a sales consultant in the modular home industry for several years. Working with borrowers who are buying their first home, moving up or down, or building, Corey will find the right financing package for your unique situation. Relationship building is an important role in community banking, and he puts great emphasis into this each and every day. Corey's main goal as a lender is running a smooth transaction from the beginning to the end by providing the right financing solutions for his clients. Communication is key to a solid relationship.
Corey earned his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of
Wisconsin-La Crosse, holds a real estate sales license and is a member of the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin. He is actively involved in the Lions Club of Cottage Grove and is a Past President of this service club.Corey is a member of Madison Area Connectors (MAC), a young professionals organization. He is also involved in the Waunakee Rotary and the Waunakee Chamber of Commerce, serving on several different committees. Corey is a member of the "Reading Buddy Program" for Waunakee Prairie Elementary School coordinated by the State Bank of Cross Plains. Corey also participates in the community program Meals on Wheels in Waunakee.
