Getting started with Mobile Banking

Anyone currently enrolled for online banking can access their account information from a mobile device, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Depending on the capabilities of your mobile device, you can choose any or all of the options below, including Mobile App, Mobile Browser or Text Banking.

Instant Balance

With Instant Balance, your account balances are just a tap away. View account info from the login screen.

No password, no waiting.

Want to take a quick peek at your account balance? Our new Instant Balance feature lets you view up to six accounts right from the login screen of our mobile app—no password necessary.

Just tap the new Instant Balance button in the top right corner of the login screen to begin the setup process. It’s that easy!


Mobile App

Smartphone and tablet users can go to their App Store or Google Pay store and search for "State Bank of Cross Plains". Sign in with your Online Banking Access ID and Password. iPad users will want to search "State Bank of Cross Plains" and then select SBCPMobile.. 

Mobile Browser

Log into Online Banking, go to Profile and Mobile Banking. Once you've completed the enrollment steps, we'll send you a text message containing the mobile site unique link that you can bookmark. Then, sign in with your Online Banking Access ID and Password. 

Text Banking

Log into Online Banking, go to Profile and Mobile Banking. Once you've enrolled online, we'll send you a text message containing instructions. Use these simple text commands to receive up - to - date account information. For example, text BAL for current account balance or ATM + Zip code for nearby ATMs.
